Today's the day ……………………….. for a change in the weather

After all the excitement of yesterday, we awoke to a dull, damp day.  Just the sort of weather to stay in and catch up on a few important rugby matches.

The journey home was uneventful apart from the fact that we had to make a big detour to avoid a road closure on the A75.  The road we took goes down through a normally spectacular glen - but today it was all a bit misty and wet. 

There was just a bit of colour in the bracken - and plenty of water to fill the mountain stream as it tumbled over this little waterfall...…………….
