Going up?

In complete contrast to yesterday's blip, a quick walk around almost anywhere in London will reveal cranes and highrise flats going up. A pity that most Londoners will not get a chance to buy them - either due to cost or not given the opportunity - they are marketed in the East, bought and not really ever lived in, just remain empty.
