Boil and trouble?

Egg, to go in my spinach, mackerel, egg and cheese wrap for tea. I was so looking forward to it and then got half way through and was full! Today I had another few hours riding around on the roads. It got pretty chilly, especially travelling at 70mph on the bypass. Note to self: buy motorbike gear.

I felt a bit better today, maybe 6/10 instead of yesterday's 3/10. Anna gets back tonight so I'm collecting her from the station and we're going to see Pitch Perfect at the cinema with Hiba and Rowan.
