Morning visitor

We decided to take the recycling to the depot today. G went out to open the garage and load the recycling, and he called me to see this buck that was lying right outside the garden fence. I wasn't quite ready, so he took the photo in the 1st extra. The buck was still there when I went out, so I took the main blip and moved a bit closer. The buck got up and stretched a couple of times (2nd and 3rd extra). He was lying back down by the fence when we got home. Leaves from the fig tree are dropping outside the fence, so we reckon he's been lying there waiting for a mouthful or two. Love seeing deer so close to our house.
Streaming K's volleyball game from Anchorage, Alaska later, but we got a message from her saying that she might not play because she isn't feeling well and might have a sinus infection. Of course we'll cheer on the team anyway.
