Sunny Interlude

The sun made an appearance today so to break the monotony of writing 2013 performance objectives, I (Chris) took a walk into town at lunch. Going my usual long way around (down the canalside and through the park) it's amazing how different it all looks with a bit of light in the sky. I captured today's blip in the park grounds.

The temperature had dropped considerably this evening before the Wednesday night run with the club. The car said it was 3.5c outside and the first mile was certainly pretty fresh but with a smaller group than Monday night we avoided stopping at two many points and did a pacey 5.3 miles. Good fun.
