Petworth Deer

As our husbands were on an adventure to the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC in Birmingham, Karen and I went on a deer hunt to Petworth.

I was happy enough to be out in the sunshine let alone to see so many deer. The young stags gave us a demonstration of their rutting rituals. After a picnic lunch sat on a fallen branch we took some more photos, some too explicit to share on blip!

We finished our visit with a hot chocolate then set off for home. The weather was perfect, the roads clear, the deer obliging and as always, the company was excellent.
