Watchful.

A family of Roe deer( I think) in the field behind the house. 
I spotted them from the window first thing and was out taking photos of them in my nightshirt and down jacket.

We had a lovely evening with Chantler63 and John. Then this morning we went out for a walk with their lovely collie Pepper.
We thought we had chosen a relatively not too muddy route as only I was wearing wellies. We came to what is normally a small trickle of water across the Green Lane , but recent rain had swollen it to an approximately three feet wide muddy torrent. John and LooseCanon were able to jump across, I could walk through as I  had my wellies on.
How to get Kathy across? 
We managed it and all kept our feet dry.
