Shield Bug

I am doing this for the Rower today, because he's not feeling so good. He's having a rest right now, and should be back on track again tomorrow. He worked really hard in the garden yesterday, and then we had a punishing workout this morning in the gym. I think it's all been a bit too much in the hot weather.

He said to say thanks to everyone for the terrific response of *s and hearts for the Rainbow Lorikeet yesterday, and he'll get back to you all just as soon as he can.

In the meantime, on behalf of my poor sick Rower, here is a green shield bug.
