Humid

For some unknown reason - I went for my march this morning!! I knew it was humid but obviously didn't realise quite how humid until I started walking!! I was soaking - sorry! but it was 95% humidity which is unusual for us in the West! After, I peeled off my stuff with a bit of a struggle and got my bathers on - a dip in the ocean did the trick!! bloody marvellous! My lovely friend Michelle came and met me for chat and a bob in the waves - rather nice (but should have put on more 30+!!ooops) At about 3 oclock a cool breeze cleared the air - it took alot longer for the house to cool down though!
