A blustery day gives me a cardiac workout on my bike.  
Took a plastic container to refill with pasta at the Full Circle market stall.  Good to know I won't have paid packaging to deal with. 
The avenue on Jesus Green looking autumn- photogenic. 
Glad to find Murray hadn't scrabbled hall carpet and runners. Since burglary 2 years ago he's had separation anxiety manifested by digging through carpet, underlay to lino floor below.  During burglary he'd been shut in the living room for anything from 1-4 hours hearing burglars as they ransacked the house.  Immediately following he became anxious at the sound of loud revving vehicle engines. This has eased. A step forward for the poor boy.
