Notes: Started thru the night and was just a cold steady downpour (effects of TS Nestor in the Gulf. Over 100 riders showed up to ride tho many picked up their stuff and left. I headed out around noon - Mandy took me to the downtown area where I caught an Uber to Dumfries (about 40 min) and Mic picked me up for the nearly hour back from there. So tired, showered and took little nap. We watched some football and stayed in.
