Notes: Slept well and up for data/labels for 3Bridge and Manufacturing 5K. We headed out a little after 10a for my massage with Bao - first since the traumatic one last year on 12/30/18 (was a bit rough but all ok after). Nice lunch then at Maple Ave of crispy broccoli, pumpkin gnocci, pork something and pumpkin cheesecake mousse. On to Fairfax for the 155p showing of Downton Abbey Movie and then back to Reston. Good crock pot meal for dinner, relaxed and laughed.
