First Blooms

Today was the first day back at Osborne House since the Christmas break for the woodland volunteers. A new area of the estate has been earmarked for clearance and coppicing and we were soon at work tidying an area ready for the first bonfire of the year.

Alongside one of the main driveways I spotted the first daffodils of the season coming into bloom, brightening up yet another dull day, so they just had to be snapped for today's blip.
