Tea and .....

..... Eclair!
KJD came up for an hour this afternoon , so, we just had to have a cuppa and cake.!
A Dr visit this am made things a bit clearer for me. B/P still up so needs monitoring twice daily then see him again in November. Oh dear , do hope it doesn't mean another change in medication!
Shopping at Sainsbury's was a bit hectic , again I think it was half term that was the cause.
We've had a pleasant day tho' it is getting cold now.
