As it's half term here , so no Pilates, I went out to the Studio to get some input from Nikki on more exercises to do upright. Now that I've got this dam age related gastric reflux and no longer want to take medication, the challenge is : how to continue exercising comfortably.

Did any of you here in UK see the wonderful short film 8 pm BBC 4 last night of a white tailed sea eagle in flight . With camera attached to its head ? !.
Fascinating facts : We used to have thousands of them until they were predated to extinction by poaching. The last native was shot in 1918. They were reintroduced from Norway in 1975 and are no thriving age.
Their skeleton is hollow and weighs only 10 ounces. 
In a wind they look like flying dusters : all feathers.
