Morning Cuppa

This is my upstairs neighbour Steve. I met him this morning as I trundled around on some very local missions. He enjoys sitting at the popular caravan cafe under the magdalen street flyover. It's cold, damp, draughty : certainly wouldn't be my choice but I guess it very cheap. Steve tells me " I enjoy watching the morning carnival pass ". He'll certainly see that.
