Go Japan!

My friend Ziggy in Japan apparently likes watching rugby, and so do many of our other Blip friends. Rugby is not a popular sport in Sweden, so we’ve never watched it and don’t understand the rules at all. But - the World Championships are on, and Japan was playing, and we really wanted to cheer for them, so mum found a way to watch the match. Yay!

Compared to skiing, which is our favourite sport, there was an awful lot of wrestling and fighting going on! And as soon as a player had the ball, he was attacked from all sides and there was a huge pile of people on top of him. Tough sport! We did enjoy it a lot, but we’re sad that Japan lost. We might watch another game later to better understand the whole thing.
