The Geese are arriving....

or, more correctly, leaving in this shot, as I have just disturbed them! However, they didn't move far, just a few fields over. These are Greylags and this is one of their favourite feeding grounds. The Pinkfooted geese use them too, but they do not seem to be here yet.
The Birch leaves are falling and golden, like coins. Who says it doesn't grow on trees!?
A lovely warm day again with a breeze.
