Mount Cookie

My wife has baked these delicious coconut rock cakes today.

The recipe:

fat for greasing
200g / 7oz self-raising flour
1.25ml / one quarter tsp salt
75g / 3oz desiccated coconut
75g / 3oz margarine
75g / 3oz sugar
1 egg
135mls milk
