Fixing The Problem

A few months ago I had a new gas stove fitted. I absolutely love it - but have never been happy with how the chimney breast was finished. I’ve had two different people try to mask the partial plastering with sanding and filling and painting - but the line just continues to show. So today I finally had it totally plastered. I wish the fitters had done this to begin with. I was happy with everything they did except for this one issue.

This of course is not the finished colour - once the plaster has dried I will get it painted - again. I’m very happy with how the guy did the job. I’m always impressed by plasterers. The surface feels like glass!
