Autumn Cascade
Not having lifted the camera since Monday, nor having got any significant fresh air or exercise, I rectified that today by heading to the nearest "beauty spot", Virginia Water.
Forgoing the astronomical price of the car park (£12 for 3hours!), I parked in a nearby layby and walked into the park, heading for the Cascade which, as hoped, was in full spate and glowing with Autumnal colours.
Further round the lake I found examples of my favourite subject, fungi: some easily identifiable Fly Agaric; and a not so easy to identify baby member of the same Amanita species nestling in moss, which I focus stacked (extras)
