Volunteering

Due to a long-standing achilles issue I was not able to run at Parkrun today so turned up to volunteer ( all runs are organised and supported by volunteers ). This was great fun and I am now proficient at bar code scanning ( the method used for sorting out runners times ) with a handy app on my phone.
Afterwards had a coffee with the Chief before sitting down to watch the rugby which I had pre recorded. Credit where credit is due - England were superb and made the All Blacks look ordinary. This afternoon I took Brodie for a walk at some local gardens on a lovely cold but bright autumn afternoon ( extra)
