Blackmoorfoot.....

.... after the rain.  I went to Pontefract this morning via the motorway and it poured every bit of the way there and back.  After lunch I expected to stay in for the rest of the day but it brightened up just enough to allow for a walk round the reservoir;  the wind always blows up there but even so being able to be out for an hour was lovely.

The compact camera arrived but I'm not sure about it so I've decided to return it; nothing at all wrong with the camera, I'm sure it's excellent but because I enjoy using the camera I have, I could see it languishing at home.
