Back on Chathams

Up early to return by fishing boat to Chathams from Pitt Island. Luckily my roommate woke as some of us had stayed up to watch the semifinals of the rugby game.

The wind had dropped overnight along with the swell on the sea. The swell was reported as being under 2.5m and seemed a very smooth crossing to me.
Back on Chathams we moved to Henga Lodge and walked in the Henga reserve this afternoon.
