we were determined to get another cycle in before heading home, so we were up and out early - back to rothiemurcus to cycle the whole route this time right round to loch an eilein which was so calm it was like glass. if we’d had more time and the kayaks, that would have been glorious, but we had a big dirty bacon and sausage roll in the van at the end before heading home. went over to alford at night with mum and dad to see peggy in her show, which was ace. nice to have her home...and she had a blast.
