this wee cutie was very interested in us as we walked along the river. we heard a few fish jumping but just missed seeing them. the girls wanted a lazy day so we left them and drove inland to see what was there - nothing and no one as it happens, as lovely as it is, land reform is sorely needed in scotland. I get so annoyed every time we go on holiday at the miles and miles of amazing landscape inherited by a few rich land owners and no one there. that statue of the duke of sutherland is an abomination too. as are all the ruined dwellings from the clearances...
