finally managed to get the kids out the pod for a walk (at 2pm). we went up into the forest where it was most dry then started raining on the way down. beautiful forest. we did 3 miles then went to the pub where peggy ordered chips and a knickerbocker glory and couldn’t finish either of them. still not too well. the rain was relentless for the rest of the day so we left the kids in the pod and went for a (very high and hairy) drive in ella along to kinlochleven. the campsite over there looks great so noted that for future adventures. back to the pod to coorie in and watch rocketman then fantastic mr fox.
