Gone AWOL

My Blip mojo seems to have gone AWOL recently - hopefully a temporary state of affairs! In the meantime, here you have the ribbons I came across whilst tidying the bedroom this morning. They're a reminder of the happy days when I used to dance with the Rhubarb Tarts.

To a concert of 'Gentle Jazz' by MrM, John C, and Paulette this evening. It was, ostensibly, to celebrate the opening of the Wooler Warm Hub, though we're not entirely sure what the Warm Hub is, apart from a room where people can meet. It's within the United Reformed Church and, unfortunately, the concert was in the church itself, where the pews were not designed for comfort. Came away with back ache, despite the cushion I managed to acquire from a neighbouring pew.

A couple of hours in the local afterwards. Good to catch up with Olivia, who's back from France for a week or so.
