Autumn days

An extra hour in bed which meant I woke at 6.45, not 7.45. Swam and then to the flat. It was a lovely day and quite warm in the full sun in the back green. I was joined by C today and we did more chopping back. C also lit the bonfire. I pulled out masses of honeysuckle and brambles. My arms are permanently scarred.

It is looking a lot better but still needs some more honeysuckle hauled out.

Later, the curtains need drawn well before 5 and Y and G cane v round for a drink. Prosecco was drunk.
