No contract

It is reported that Delia will no longer be one of the faces of Waitrose. Well, perhaps she will be pleased to do her own thing, such as devote more time to Norwich City, or relax in her country cottage, baking delicious new recipes while secretly writing a new book.
I've probably got too many cookbooks, Jamie, Nigella, Hugh, Mary, not to mention Elizabeth David ......but which one do I turn to when needing to check a basic recipe? You've guessed it, as my copy does look well-worn!
Funnily enough, tonight we had a delicious dish of smoked haddock with a creamy sauce. It's on page 125!
