Foggy.

1. It's really foggy. So much so I wonder if I've had a stroke. But nope just horror film levels of fog.

2. Taxi to the BBC. One feels ever so glamourous.

3. A great meeting - not with this guy - but with Ian. And Renton the guide dog.

4. Another night in, the 4th in a row. So smug am I, tonight I even take to handwashing and housework. Sobriety and being well rested has even led me to considering decorating.
