Frosty bugle

Frosty this morning when I took the chance to sweep up some leaves. There was no wind, it was beautifully sunny but really chilly. This bugle, ajuga reptans, was looking wintry. It's a bit of a thug, spreading merrily, but it does well where the soil is poor.

Afterwards we set off for coffee in the new dog friendly cafe run by our Borrow my Doggy pals. Then up to Kings Park so Flora could run off some energy. A further cuppa at our friend A's house so I could buy two more jars of her lovely lime blossom honey then home.

The four year old will be here later for her sleepover and I'll be swapping Wednesday yoga for a session tonight.
