I love these whatevertheyarecalled by the pond. They have a wonderful grey color tone that changes in the wind.

A poster for my concert is ready to put up and an event on Facebook is also done. I made copies and put some of them up. Rehearsing is going on, it feels for real now.

From some of the carrots and parsnip I had from my landlord I made a delicious soup so now I have soup for several days in my freezer. That feels good, and there are lots more carrots to use for cooking, once I figure out what to cook.

The day has been clear, sunny and rather cold. Milder weather is on its way, so far it's been a beautiful autumn.
