A Halloween Washout

Dear Diary,

Lots of disappointed trick or treaters today as we are getting heavy rains and high winds through tomorrow morning. The leaves are really swirling around. I made a little mandala of some on Mary’s back deck. Most of the leaves will be knocked off the trees in Maine too, I’m sure, so it will look very different when I get back on Sunday.

Mary and I will make our usual trip to the Fuller Art Museum today if we can manage the weather and there is Henry’s Halloween costume to make too! (Extra)
