Ouch!

It was a team training day today at Sale Rugby Club. I picked up Mike and gave him the cake to hold. I drove extra carefully and we managed to get it there in one piece. The colours of the sponge layers looked good and people enjoyed it...phew.

We had training on a few things and Kim also gave flu jabs. It was a long day but not too bad, I suppose.

I will have to lie on my right side tonight as my left arm is a bit sore.
