Me and my bike

I'm working from home today which I try to do most Fridays. One of the benefits is less distractions, but the one I like most is the ability to go for a bike ride at lunch time. In less than an hour I go for a 12.5 mile ride which has about 1250 feet of climbing and passes though Charmouth Forest - which is where I took this shot.
I am a bike fanatic (or MAMIL - Middle Aged Man In Lycra) and today I took out my Claud Butler touring bike. It has modern parts, but the frame was built over 60 years ago and is beautifully made.
