Behold the world's ugliest building

The Pebb Building, located at the nexus of the universe, home of nothing of note, gets my vote as the world's ugliest building. It is, to all intents and purposes, an eggbox.

It has no redeeming features. It is cuboid, brutalist, hideous, grey, pointless. 

Whoever designed it should be taken to the corner of Riverside and Bank in Ottawa, scotch taped to an office chair with wheels, and made to stare at the monstrosity he or she created until his or her eyes close in shame.

It looks even worse in the grey and miserable weather we are experiencing. It was windy. Or something... Windy enough to blow down these metal crossing markers, in any case. Which may, or may not, have been designed by the same architect.
