Prussia Cove

Went to Prussia Cove and got a 'history lesson' from a man we met there!

Apparently Prussia Cove is named after a guy called 'John Carter'. As a boy he would play soldiers with other boys and would always claim to be the 'King of Prussia'. Hence the name 'Prussia Cove'. The 'history teacher' also told us that Prussia Cove was a very famous smuggling centre in the 1700's.

Well, I don't care about history. I'm a little collie dog that just had a lovely walk there and a bit of a splash around in the sea.

Happy Weekend Blippers.
