Caroline Bay

A walk on the beach, over the cliffs this morning and in the heat.  The weather like yesterday was sensational 29° (finally) and "every man and his dog" flocked down to Caroline Bay - fabulous, but the heat was pretty extreme....
....I didn't know which one to choose, here are The others...

We watched the rugby final this morning.  No radio or devices were on, so it was like watching it live.  
We were thrilled that South Africa lifted the trophy, their captain Siya Kolisi interview following the game was inspirational.
England are getting some bad press down under with the way some of the team removed their silver medals immediately after they were placed over their heads. Disappointment I guess, but really, they are big boys ??
Following that excitement a Messenger Video call from our blip friends Shelia and Will from Scotland - brilliant.  We stayed with them when we travelled back in 2016, wonderful couple.
So all in all a great day....and we won the cricket against England this afternoon, bonus.
