This old gentleman is a local character who you can find sitting outside a carpet shop on Tower Bridge Road, London. He has become a familiar figure on the street In an old chair ( see extra ). Many people stop and chat with him. He was born and still lives within 100 meters of where he sits.

Whilst chatting with him today a pigeon came up and landed on his arm for his daily feed. Had my camera and grabbed a shot which I have been meaning to do this for months so was pleased to get the opportunity. It had to be mono and the result does the guy justice.
