slipper orchid

it has taken a long time to open and at last it is just opening up. first flower for 2 years .
weather wise much better today as we had no rain
managed to get a cancellation this morning at the surgery to have my wounds redressed. It is looking good with no side of infection. The antibiotics are upsetting the tummy. sigh 
spent a short time in the Vampire clinic today. Doctors tomorrow nurse Thursday then Monday then Thursday. I am making good use of the NHS at the moment! 

Had a really good run home last night and did it in a little over $ hours. no traffic and mainly dry roads
