Monday

After my therapy session I took a walk down the Bridges, Cowgate, Grassmarket and up Victoria Street (blipped). I needed the fresh air and time. 
My therapist thinks I should be in hospital. I am not coping with everything but  I don't want to go into hospital. 
Came home , took a few diazepam and slept for the rest of the afternoon.
