done up like a kipper, wrapped around her finger

Apparently at Christmas we agreed to a weekend babysit, very quickly that weekend has arrived.

I have no recollection of this arrangement made late on Christmas night, the fizzy stuff, wine & 15 year old malt may be responsible for this temporary amnesia when I was taken advantage of in a moment of alcohol induced weakness.

It's eight o'clock, currently watching Rapunzel, (for the third time), after already dressing up as Princess from Beauty & The Beast, ( no,not me, the wee one), yet to see any sign that sleep is near although I could easily nod off.

January is alcohol free month, a long weekend looms ..
