In need of some TLC

I had a morning personal one-to-one training session with Michael at JustGym and my husband had one with Andy at the same time. The sessions he has with Andy will compliment the exercises he has from the neurophysiotherapy department at Addenbrookes hospital and hopefully will keep him walking and mobile.
 
Then we went to Costa for coffee and cake. Their range, which is both gluten free and vegan, is increasing. They always have flapjack, now they also have mince pies and Christmas cake. They are also introducing another cake, but I cannot remember which one.
 
Then we went to the new very large B and M on the new industrial estate, just to look. We started with a small basket and then I had to collect a trolley! Today’s picture is of four orchids, which are in need of some TLC. They were £2.50 each; a vast improvement on Scotsdales prices. They need re-potting, but for now they have been fed and watered.

The temperature at GMT noon today was seven degrees Celsius; there had been an overnight frost; I had to clean the ice of off the car.
