Salad
Today I have been at Addenbrookes hospital all day, taking part in their Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment (PLACE). Today was their annual one, which I do every year; I also do what some Mini PLACE inspections.
They do provide a sandwich lunch and I usually have a gluten free sandwich, but because we are trying to adopt a plant based way of eating I said I would take my own; much easier. So today’s lunch is a Marks and Spencer green salad. I barely had time to eat it as we were late back from the morning session and they were ready for us to do the afternoon session. I did manage to find time to eat a banana as well, so my blueberries and raspberries will be fine for pudding this evening.
The temperature at GMT noon today was seven degrees Celsius.
