Everything in sight is an AVE high speed train, set to leave Madrid for all points of the compass. Not a single equivalent runs in UK.

I helped an Israeli exec team in the hospitality sector walk into their future today - seven years out - with great success. The timing of the start was rejigged a couple of times but as I am naturally flexible we still had a great outcome.

Earlier in the day, I set up a coaching process with a senior exec of an aid agency in Yemen and got a real insight into what working in a war zone is all about. Hats off to all who work there, pursuing/protecting the welfare of the everyday citizen.
