Incoming tide.

This morning H is at his volunteer job.so i decided to walk down to the village.it's been seven weeks since i walked down there.i popped into the bakery then along the harbour front to the top of the beach.by the time i arrived home my foot was aching.it's up and down hill from my home.i must say i did enjoy getting out and breathing in the sea air.i met a couple on the way and said they wondered where i had been has they missed my photo's on Porthleven fb.
