A dance with chance

We can say that our lives are touched by chance events every single day. They are not planned or organized in advance, We do not 'arrange' them like we might a still-life photo. Chance events are those which suddenly present themselves to us and surprise and sometimes enthrall us.
I had just finished winding my chiming clock up when I noticed the double reflection of a candle I have burning on my sideboard. Wow! I thought, that's rather magical.
