Treat

Needed a bit of a treat after a tough day yesterday so these flowers came home with me from the supermarket. And they have provided a blip for today when the light was at its best. A bit of a lie-in was also a treat this morning, although Bailey made it known he required a walk a little earlier than I might perhaps have liked. He was also woken up by what I hope is the last of the fireworks this evening and is still a bit disconcerted. 

Other than Bailey walks, there has been general tidying, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and a bit of clothes sorting. And an early night with the plan to keep ahead of the BBC version of His Dark Materials.
