Poster girls

Claire returns from Glasgow after a night with Megan and Cheryl at the OYT fundraiser. She was surprised to see a picture of her with one of the young sailors on the front page of the night’s brochure (also reproduced as a 6’ cardboard cutout).

The night wasn’t an unequivocal success. Too many speeches, raffle, silent auction. Not nearly enough dancing.

(The auction was run by Natasha Raskin Sharp - the brave Radio Scotland DJ that played my Robert Fripp and the League of Gentlemen request a couple of years ago).
